IHEROTECHMI LLC operates Pooooof, a mobile social app for sharing moments that disappear.

What we sell

Optional in-app Story Boosts — paid digital advertising / promotion that increases the reach of a user’s story inside Pooooof. Boosts are purchased in the iOS/Android app. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe (card checkout). No physical goods are shipped.

Delivery

After successful payment, the boost is applied digitally in the app (typically immediately or shortly after payment confirms).

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. If a payment is charged but a boost isn’t applied due to a confirmed technical error on our side, email support@pooooof.com and we’ll fix delivery or credit the boost — not a cash refund except where required by law.
