In the app

Go to Settings → Support → Report a problem to send a bug report (you can attach a screenshot). Reports go to reports@pooooof.com.

Text messages (SMS)

Verification codes may arrive by WhatsApp or SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS from Pooooof, or HELP for help. For more, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Account & safety

Forgot password — use “Email me a reset link” in Settings or on the login screen
Report someone or a story — profile / story → Report (emails reports@pooooof.com)
Blocked someone by mistake — Settings → Privacy → Blocked accounts
Location features — turn them on or off in the app (Settings → Privacy) or in device Settings
Delete your account — Settings → Account → Delete account (confirm twice)
Privacy questions — see our Privacy Policy
Legal pages in the app — Settings → Legal (Support, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use)
