By using Pooooof, you agree to these Terms. Pooooof is owned and operated by IHEROTECHMI LLC (46763 Hayes Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48315, United States). Contact: support@pooooof.com. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

The service

Pooooof lets you share photos, videos, stories, and messages that can disappear. Some optional features may use your location while you have them on. Features may change as we improve the product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pooooof. By creating an account, you represent that you are 16 or older and able to form a binding contract where required. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.

Text messages (SMS)

By entering your mobile phone number in Pooooof and requesting a verification code, you consent to receive SMS one-time passcodes for account verification and sign-in security from IHEROTECHMI LLC d/b/a Pooooof. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages when you verify or sign in). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel SMS. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@pooooof.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases & refunds

Optional paid features in Pooooof (such as Story Boosts) are digital services priced in USD and charged through Stripe Checkout in the app. No physical goods are shipped. All sales are final. No refunds. If payment succeeds but a boost isn’t applied because of a confirmed technical issue on our side, contact support@pooooof.com and we’ll correct delivery or credit the boost — not a cash refund except where required by law.

Your content

You own what you create. Content and messages on Pooooof are ephemeral: they are delivered to the people you choose and are designed to vanish after they open them (or when the timer ends). We do not collect or keep your chats or media as a lasting archive. You grant Pooooof only the limited rights needed to deliver that ephemeral content to recipients and operate the service until it disappears. You’re responsible for what you send and for having the rights to send it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Pooooof to:

Harass, threaten, or harm others
Post illegal, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery
Spam, scam, or impersonate others
Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property
Probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service in unauthorized ways

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Safety & reporting

You can block users and report accounts or content in the app (Profile / story → Report). Reports are emailed to reports@pooooof.com. We may investigate reports and take action we believe is appropriate, but we don’t guarantee every report will result in a specific outcome.

Disclaimers

Pooooof is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Ephemeral content may still be captured by others (screenshots, recordings); we can’t guarantee complete disappearance on every device.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pooooof and its operators won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using Pooooof anytime. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
